UAD 3.6 modernizes appraisal data and reporting.
Aligned with MISMO® Reference Model 3.6, UAD 3.6 introduces a more structured, property-driven dataset and a redesigned, dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report.
The transition affects more than appraisal file acceptance. Lenders should also consider appraisal ordering, appraiser readiness, data and report processing, quality control, training, delivery and downstream workflows.
The Valutrust platform is prepared to support the new dataset and redesigned reports. Valutrust Solutions, WFG Enterprise Solutions’ national appraisal management company, has prepared its people, processes and national appraiser network to accept and fulfill UAD 3.6 appraisal orders.
Key Date
All new appraisal reports initially submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal® (UCDP®) on or after November 2, 2026, must use UAD 3.6. The requirement is based on the appraisal report’s initial UCDP submission date—not the loan application, appraisal order or appraisal effective date.
EPC connects Encompass users with title and valuation services.
Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) is ICE Mortgage Technology’s modern, API-based service-ordering environment within Encompass.
Through its EPC integration, the Valutrust platform enables lenders to order and manage both title and valuation services within their Encompass workflows. The integration supports secure data and document exchange, workflow connectivity, order-status visibility and a more streamlined experience for lender teams.
The Valutrust platform can be used to access title and valuation services available through WFG Enterprise Solutions, including national title and closing services and appraisal management and valuation services. It can also support lender choice by enabling services to be ordered from participating providers beyond WFG and Valutrust Solutions.
Key Date
ICE Mortgage Technology requires remaining legacy service-ordering integrations to transition to EPC by December 31, 2026. Legacy integrations through the ICE Mortgage Technology Partner Network, including TQL Services and ePass®, will no longer be available beginning January 1, 2027.
